[protext] LaTex .shar Unix Doc to Windows or DOS

I have a  file.shar   Unix file , that can be un-packed using,

sh  file.shar  on UNIX, however,  I have  Windows  XP, or

DOS.   Can you think  of software  resource to un-pack?
