[protext] proTeXt problem

Hi Alvin!

Don't let such a trivial issue prevent you from experiencing LateX!! I
promise it's worth it.

When you unrar the ProTeXt package, you get a proTeXt directory. Just go
into your ...\proTeXt\TeXnicCenter directory and run the installation file
TXCSetup_1StableRC1.exe manually. It's gonna work like a charm.
