[protext] help with texnic centre

hmm, a concrete error message would be more helpful. Therefore, the 
first thing i would assume is...

1) did you install MiKTeX (or any other TeX-distribution for windows), 
and if the answer is yes, 2) have you configured TeXnicCenter, so that 
it can find MiKTeX's executables?
