[protext] Installation dialog in German?

At least if I recall correctly, I downloaded my copy
of ProTeXt from a mirror in the United States (though
I forget which one). Not sure if this is significant,
but I downloaded at home on a Mac, burned to a CD, and
attempted an install on my Windows box at my office at
university. (I'm a grad student, FWIW.)

Why is the install dialog in German? And how can I get
a copy of ProTeXt in English?
