Dr. Jones,

    I have downloaded the entire package, but how do you open it and how
    do you start to use it.  Is there a "how to" or "getting started"
    manual?  

After you've downloaded it, you should just be able to open the file
(protext.exe or whatever name you used) in Explorer.  There's a
Setup.exe program at the top level.  If it doesn't start automatically,
just double click on it.  That should guide you through the installation.
