[protext] Problems installing Protext

Hi.  I am trying to install Protext on my laptop.  I downloaded the file 
protext-install-en.pdf  from the website (tug.org/protext/ftp/Install/) and 
opened it.  I read through it and got to the inital download link to open the 
Setup.exe file.  However, when I click on this link, it says that it cannot 
find the file.  I thought it might have something to do with my Acrobat reader 
version, so I went and got the most recent version and tried again...same 
problem.  Then I tried it on another computer...same problem.  Could you 
please help me out?  I don't know where I'm going wrong.  I would really like 
to use this program, but I can't get it to work.
