[protext] Error downloading MikTex from pdf document...possible broken link ?

I've encountered an error trying to download MikTex from the pdf document
given at http://www.tug.org/protext/Install/.
On page 10 of the pdf document, Acrobat reports "Could not open the file
'../Setup/setup.exe' " when I click on the link 'Click here to install
MiKTex. Is there a workaround for installing MikTex? I'm using Windows XP
Pro.
