This morning i've tried to produce but without having success. Therefore 
the only thing i can imagine is, that there is a different 
TeXify-process still running, while you try to start the next one. So 
you might have a look in your process-list in case the error occurs again.

Finally i would agree to Karl, it may be the best when you ask the 
WinEdt folks.
