[protext] Protext problem!

Dear All, 
I am having problems with protext installation. I have
started off by opening the PDF file which has links to
click for installation. The links do not work , e.g.
when I click on miktex installation I get the
following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /protext/Setup/setup.exe was not
found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.tug.org Port 80

Does anyone know about this problem? Solution?

Any help would be much appreciated.
