[protext] Typo in Protext Installation Guide

Hello Thomas,

I just downloaded and installed Protext. It went very well.

I had one small problem with the installation guide. There is a typo on page 11, where it says

ltt\dvipdfm\config

the name of the file is missing. Since I am a beginner, it took me a while to figure out what to do.
