[protext] Installation instructions

Hi,
This is very clear installation, aside from the following instruction in the
installation pdf file:
Using Notepad, edit or create the local configuration files
ltt\dvipdfm\config and ltt\dvipdfm\dvipdfmx.cfg

(1) the first 'file' is a directory listing; if it is a file, what is the
extension for "config"?
(2) shouldn't both files be inside the existing directory
ltt\dvipdfm\config\ and not ltt\dvipdfm\?
