android is a linux distribution, so theoretically there is nothing
to stop anyone to compile luatex, pdftex or even the whole
texlive distribution.  seeing how much work that would be,
for almost no gain at this moment, i expect that this will
stay theory for a long while.

i am not sure what you mean by "support pdf", there are literally
hundreds of programs on the android market that in some form
deal with pdf files.
