[pdftex] Russian font T1

This is good point, because until now I believed that T1 is shortcut for
Type1. I also appreciate note from Victor Ivrii. I felt that they changed
software. But now I put attention that they use pdfetex to compile tex file.
Before this I put attention that they use win2c application. However I think
this is package like MikTex. I think that I cannot change setting of
package. Log now is very short and gives very small amount of information.
In one of email they mentioned that they have plan to support cm_lgc, but
this is not clear where to find it and how to use.

Please don't confuse the T1 font encoding with Type1 PostScript fonts. :-)
