[pdftex] Symbol font display problems with acroread

Found a moment:  the pdftex-1.40 generated file has the (optional)
FontDescriptor
dictionary that is not present in the file created by pdftex-1.30.
The value of "Flags"
is 34. Looking at a file created by gswrite, Flags is 4.  Editing the
file from pdftex-1.40
to set Flags to " 4" seems to work.  The value of "34" seems to come from
texk/web2c/pdftexdir/writefont.c.
