[pdftex] hyperref and chapter with empty names

The command work as expected, and the toc rendering is more or less fancy.
Although, the chapter name is still empty and the pdf links (in the acrobat
reader sidebar for instance) are tagged with the chapter's name.

(I am using hyperref)
