[pdftex] replace part of a pdf page

hi!
 is it possible to put a pdf image to replace a part of another pdf page?
  the only solution I've found yet is to use \pdfinclude with clips, and make a puzzle :)
 but I spent a long time to adjust just one page, and I have 10 pages to change... :(
  is their another way ?
