[pdftex] Search in pdf and Ruaaian

Works well here with vietnamese both with pdflatex 1.304 and ConTeXt 2005.11.16.
I used various input encodings for Vietnamese : UTF-8, TCVN, VISCII, VPS,.. and
all just work ok under Acrobat reader 7.01 (Linux).
