[pdftex] XObject name

Hi Pawel,

run the example:

\setbox0=\hbox{Hello, world!}
\pdfxform0
\pdfrefxform\pdflastxform

then have a look into the pdf output. The XObject forms have their
name as '/FmN' where N is the number returned by \pdflastxform
