Hello,

I am getting the following kind of warnings:

> ! pdfTeX warning (ext4): destination with the same identifier (name{equation.1.
> 8}) has been already used, duplicate ignored
>
> \@EveryShipout at Output ... at Org@Shipout \box \@cclv
>
> l.133 \end{itemize}

There are 52 of them in a 80 page document with lots of equations, and
almost always \@EveryShipout is referenced (I'm using prelim2e
changing the footer for each inputed file, no references to the text
contents/equations are made there, only a timestamp and a filename are
displayed). It does not happen with plain elatex.

Any idea as how to deal with it? The output looks fine. What is a bit
annoying is that AUC TeX parses these warnings as errors and hides the
real errors.
