[pdftex] stange problem with hyperref package and links to pdf files

When I use hypperef package and these commands :
  \hyperbaseurl{http://perso.wanadoo.fr/jacques.marot/}
  \href{pdf/seconde/\titre.tex}{source tex}
the link to my tex file works fine,
but this link to pdf file :
  \href{pdf/seconde/\titre.pdf }{Exercice}
does not work and I'm obliged to use this command
  \href{http://perso.wanadoo.fr/jacques.marot/}{fichier pdf}
When I try \href{pdf/seconde/\titre.pd }{Exercice}
I encounter any problem, but the link is false
because the real name of my file is titre.pdf
and not titre.pd . Where is the problem with the
extension PDF, or where is my mistake ?
