[pdftex] patch for ttf2afm

[Siep]

Attached a trivial patch for ttf2afm, for copying the FontFamily
string to the afm file. I contacted Han The Thanh about this some
time ago, but apparently this patch didn't make it to the
pdftex/texlive source tree, so now I am submitting the patch here.
The attached version is against teTeX 2.0.
