[pdftex] Image inclusion problem

The latest version is 
\ProvidesFile{pdftex.def}[2002/06/19 v0.03k graphics/color for pdftex]

I suppose that you already have a recent version installed on your
system which will be used after you have removed the old file from
your local texmf tree.

If not, you can get it from http://pdftex-def.berlios.de/
