[pdftex] epic, eepic in pdflatex

No, eepic extends epic and uses tpic specials that are not
supported by pdfTeX.

Workaround:
* separate LaTeX file with the picture, compiled
  by LaTeX, dvips and converted to PDF by epstopdf.
  Then the picture can be included as PDF image
  by pdfTeX.
