[metapost] Run MetaPost under Windows

Hi,

I am a niewbie to Metapost and wanted to ask for your advise on how to
install MetaPost under Windows XP, if that's possible. Basically, I want to
be able to write an *.mp file and be able to compile it and view the output.
Is there any program that does that? I would appreciate
any suggestions.
