I would like to typeset
A / B
where A and B themselves are fractions that are generated using \frac{}{}.
So I do want the foward slash to separate them (and not have A on top of
B). However, just using "/" results in a small slash between a relatively
tall A and B. A large slash would look much nicer. Can it be done?
