Others, including Dick Koch, reported no problem with dictation, and at least one other confirmed my experience.</div><div><br></div><div>I just upgraded to TeXShop 3.21, and I'm happy to report that dictation now works. Whatever the problem was with OSX linkages that was affecting dictation, the reinstall solved it.
