[OS X TeX] TeXShop syntax highlighting for expl3

I think that the problem is ill-posed inasmuch as there are at least two kinds of help: the help needed by cutting-edge users is absolutely not the same as the help needed by run-of-the-mill users (like myself) who don’t know, or have forgotten, how to add a feature or two to a document but don’t feel up to immersing themselves into the TeXShop documentation.
