[OS X TeX] Updated `Open Selection' macro

Howdy,

If you use the `Open Selection' macro available as OpenSelection.plist.zip from my download site, <https://herbs.github.io>, please update to the latest version. The macro has been updated, by Michael Sharpe, to run better under macOS Mojave and I've added \addbibresource (used by the biblatex package) to the commands understood by the macro.
