[OS X TeX] Updated TeXShop `latexmk' engines

Howdy,

I've just placed updated TeXShop `latexmk' engines on my download site, <https://herbs.github.io>,  as `UpdatedLatexmkEngines+.zip'. The folder also includes a set of sample `platexmkrc' files to demonstrate its use as well as documentation and installation instructions.
