[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.91

TeXShop 3.91 is available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from

	http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html <http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html>

This version has improved selection of begin-end pairs, a new latexmk, and a workaround for a High Sierra bug.
