[OS X TeX] Problem with TeXLive Utility

I saw the following in the logfile. I have three thoughts:
1. I think I need to delete TeXLive Utility and reinstall it.
2. Could this problem have arisen because of the new encryption option?
3. Might this also underlie the problem I have been having with texdoc?

Here are the relevant entries from the logfile:
