[OS X TeX] Why repeated "forcibly removed" tags for TeXLive 2017 packages?

Guys, did my email not make it through? Switching repos or reinstalling tlmgr is not the answer. 

Click on the "Packages" tab, find the offending packages, right-click or choose "Install Selected Packages" from the Actions menu.
