[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.75

TeXShop 3.75  is available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from the address below.

PS: When Apple released the first beta of Sierra on Monday of WWDC, I installed it and tried TeXShop. But TeXShop was unusable because the scrolling in the pdf window was jerky. I decided to wait for future betas, but the problem kept gnawing. Then I found a one line fix.

A week later, Apple released a new beta and the problem was gone. I felt much better. Since my fix did no harm, I left it in, and it has been in TeXShop through version 3.73.

As a small cleanup, I finally removed the fix from 3.74. Unhappily, Sierra 10.12.1 has the bug. It isn't as bad as the initial beta, but it is there. The only change in TeXShop 3.75 is to reactivate my one-line fix.
