[OS X TeX] TeXShop prefs problem.

Justin,

I can, unfortunately, confirm your observation about the console.
If I change the setting, the new setting seems to be preserved
while the session is running, but not afterward.

Since MacTeX-2016 is just sitting there waiting for release,
I’ll work on this problem today.
