[OS X TeX] Thank you

I started writing book on LaTeX 25 years ago. The books changed over the time as LaTeX (with AMSLaTeX) matured.

One thing remained constant: the support I have received from this group. 
Over the years more than a hundred volunteers from this group helped me, spending countless hours finding typos,
errors, and sending suggestions.
