That's odd. It's apparently because you're using a different server each time, but I'm not sure under what circumstances that would change the list.

If you installed Yosemite with an existing MacTeX, there's an uncomfortably high chance that the Apple installer messed up your TeX distribution. In that case, I'd recommend reinstalling MacTeX (though you may want to wait for TeX Live 2015 at this point).
