[OS X TeX] TeX on Yosemite

Correction: the XQuartz.app displays an icon with the X11 name, which is then reported by the Finder. Thus, on closer inspection, the Yosemite installer leaves the XQuartz app alone, if it is installed. However:
> What definitely happens is that the symbolic links in /usr pointing to the actual binaries under /opt/X11 are removed.
Hence some X11-aware binaries may not work, like xdvi. Alternatively one can re-create the links.
The easy work-around is to re-install XQuartz.
