[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.45.2

Folks,

TeXShop 3.45.2 is available via the Sparkle update mechanism or from

	http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html <http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html>

This version has a new preference setting allowing users to specific
the size and location of the console during typesetting. The window
menu item (and corresponding keyboard shortcut) to switch between
source and preview windows now works in Single Window mode.
