[OS X TeX] TeXworks previewer and PDF annotations

Hi all!

I am playing with pdfcomment http://www.ctan.org/pkg/pdfcomment and it
works like charm with TeXShop under OS X, however I tried it with TeXworks
and apparently TeXworks' previewer does not properly support annotations,
as the comments are not displayed.  Now, TeXworks uses poppler and AFAIK
poppler should support PDF annotations, so I would like to know how to
enable the feature (if it is in a hidden configuration flag) or I will 
have to ask the developers for help...
