[OS X TeX] Announce: MacTeX-2013 & TeX Live 2013 Released.

All,

I just installed MacTeX-2013 without a hitch. Then I typeset an existing .tex document with TeXShop 3.18 and everything worked normally.

Thanks for the great work on MacTeX-2013.
