More precisely: a new version of TeXmacs (1.0.18) is available. TeXmacs itself must be at least ten years old :-)

It is not an real interface to (La)TeX since it has its very own typesetting engine. Still, by default it uses TeX fonts and it can import (to some extend) LaTeX code and export (good enough) in LaTeX.
