Okay, I managed to find it in mactex-addons.

However, it didn't fix my issue. TLU gives this error:

And TeXShop does
------------
Running 'pdflatex --synctex=1 --file-line-error -recorder "a5.tex"'
------------
Latexmk: applying rule 'pdflatex'...
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-1.40.14 (TeX Live 2013)

kpathsea: Running mktexfmt pdflatex.fmt
mktexfmt: No such file or directory
I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!
Collected error summary (may duplicate other messages):
pdflatex: (Pdf)LaTeX failed to generate the expected log file 'a5.log'
Latexmk: Did not finish processing file 'a5.tex':
(Pdf)LaTeX failed to generate the expected log file 'a5.log'
Latexmk: Use the -f option to force complete processing,
unless error was exceeding maximum runs of latex/pdflatex.
Latexmk: Errors, so I did not complete making targets

Do I need to reinstall the entire thing over the top, or is there an easier way?

Michael
