[OS X TeX] HTML to Latex

Has anyone here ever tried to convert a HTML file into a LaTeX file?

There exists a Perl script named html2latex you can find here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/html2latex/

It even comes with an executable file with the same name: html2latex. But when you try, either to install the Perl script (following the instrictions), or to use the executable, there is always something missing, which maybe has been put in the wrong place.

They seem to give good advice in this place: http://www.digipedia.pl/man/doc/view/html2latex.1/, but you fail short of the goal.

Does there exist some small Mac OS application, which can be used by somebody who has done no C programming since 1989, and has always stayed away of any kind of script programming?

Thanks,
