I'd write: from an earlier attempt you have left these three MAP file fragment names in the system's list of MAP file fragments. You could try to remove them:

	sudo updmap-sys --disable lucida
	sudo updmap-sys --disable lucida.map
	sudo updmap-sys --disable mtpro2.map

and then see what TLU will do the next time. You could also run

	sudo updmap-sys --syncwithtrees
