Howdy,

MacTeX is available at <http://www.tug.org/mactex>. However, we expect that MacTeX-2012 will be available shortly so, if you can wait…

If you can't handle a large download or have minimal disk space there is a smaller version called BasicTeX, etc., available there too. Again, the 2012 versions should be out soon too.

Make sure to come back to this list for any help. Lots of helpful folks here and the worst thing that could happen is that you get re-directed.
