[OS X TeX] Update of `Eps-Tiff-Conversion2012' Document

Howdy,

Taking Bruno's suggestion to heart, and because of the various possible paths to `convert`, I've removed all traces of the full paths to pstopdf, sips and convert from the `Eps-Tiff-Conversion2012` document. You can download the updated version from <https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10932738/index.html>.
