In TeXShop under Mountain Lion, if you click on the File menu, Cmd-Shft-S is "Duplicate." If you hold down the option key, it changes to "Save As…." Therefore, under ML, you can Save As… by typing Cmd-Shft-Opt-S.

Clear as mud?
