[OS X TeX] hyperref and lineno issue

Actually, upon investigation I see that Uwe Luck is now the maintainer 
for lineno.sty and Heiko Oberdiek and Sebastian Rahtz are the 
maintainers for hyperref.

 From memory, they are all on the texhax mailing list. I cross posted 
onto that list, so hopefully they will respond.
