[OS X TeX] Really stuck

Bonjour David,

I've downloaded eqexam package, installed it in ~/Library/texmf/tex/latex, run eqexam.ins.
No problem except ./quiz4.tex:134: LaTeX Error: File `quiz4plot' not found
