[OS X TeX] TeXLive Utility doesn't appear in Notification Center

Post output of the following Terminal commands for your MacBook Pro:

1) python -c 'import os,sys; sys.path.append(os.path.expanduser("~/Library/Application Support/TeX Live Utility")); import update_check as uc; sys.stdout.write("%s\n" % (uc.VERSION))'

2) launchctl list |grep mactlmgr

3) sudo launchctl list |grep mactlmgr
